JMS Performance was founded in 1989 by James Saylor with the goal of developing hiperformance engine and suspension modifications using the latest cutting edge technology.
In 2000 JMS Performance joined forces with Factory Connection Racing to develop the Honda CR125 and campaign in the AMA National Supercross and Outdoors series. This relationship has continued through 2003 racking up multiple podium finishes and one National Championship.
